Are you sick of your boring workouts?  Do you need a change in your routine?  Hit a plateau?  Join Bootcamp SHRED for 12 weeks of fat shredding fun!

A majority of individuals go about training inappropriately or do not achieve the required level of intensity to get the results they desire.  At Bootcamp SHRED we design our program to help our members achieve any goal from any fitness level.  These classes are designed to provide social support and camaraderie for those taking part.  To push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone.  Bootcamp SHRED will help you MELT body fat, get LEAN, INCREASE cardiovascular efficiency, INCREASE strength, and help you get into a routine of regular exercise.  You will not be another statistic of New Year's Resolutions not fulfilled.

This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop a habit of exercise.  With our experienced and nationally certified trainers, we will motivate and inspire you, will hold you accountable, and you'll be surrounded by a group of people who have fitness goals of common ground.

Bootcamp SHRED will start with dynamic stretching followed by a wide variety of interval training, including bodyweight exercises, lifting weights/objects, TRX straps, plyometrics, various types of intense explosive routines and functional equipment, and competitive games.  This is not your ordinary Bootcamp.  We are here to educate you to become the best version of yourself.  Are you ready?
