Haley Fortier

Haley’s educational background in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotions coupled with her extensive experience as a nutritional specialist and fitness trainer have earned her a great deal of clients, particularly those with weight loss challenges and goals. Many of her clients are doctor-referred patients who were suffering from weight-induced hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, and hypercholesterolemia, among others. Haley has seen how losing a few pounds have lead her clients to unexpected, additional health benefits and she is thrilled to have played a key role in the improvement of their lives. She also has many clients who seek her expertise in nutritional counseling for sports performance, toning, and sculpting.

While Haley has applied her knowledge and experience to various efforts, she stays true to her passion: to inspire others to incorporate a lifestyle that makes them feel alive inside.

In addition to her personal experience as a fitness competitor, competitive runner, nutritional specialist, personal trainer and fitness educator, Haley is well versed in alternative approaches to healing, proper supplementation, and self help.
